Nationwide Boiler's large fleet of rental boilers includes a 60 hp / 620 kW, 150 psi design electric steam boiler system for a zero-emissions temporary steam plant option. The system is configured for 60 hp at 620 KW with stepped modulation (3 steps @ 80KW or 7 steps @ 40KW).
It is skid-mounted, fully piped and wired, and includes the following:
- NEMA 4 Control Panel with PLC & Touchscreen for Staged Control, Steam Pressure, and Amperage Draw
- Valve Trim (safeties, drains, blowdown, isolation, etc.)
- Feedwater System with (2) Pumps and a Stainless Steel 55 Gallon Tank (mounted, pre-piped and wired)
- ASME Blowdown Separator with Aftercooler (mounted, pre-piped and wired)
- Non-Fused Disconnect & Control Voltage Step-Down Transformer (mounted & pre-wired)
